Fee Structure

• Illawarra Corporate Relocation services
  Services are tailored to suit the individual needs of the organisation and the number of employees involved. They vary depending on the level of service required for different relocation entitlements. We would be pleased to prepare a quotation for you based on the level of service you require. Fees are charged either on an hourly or flat fee basis, usually for two or three day programs whichever you prefer. • Orientation Tours
  You can choose from a half or full day orientation tour of selected areas for a fixed fee which includes all mileage. If in-depth research is required on any particular properties for the orientation, there will be an additional hourly fee negotiated for the time involved. Note: This fee is a for a one-off orientation. Orientation tours are inclusive in the corporate house rental and house purchase searches and the Illawarra Homesearch Complete Purchasing Service fee.
  
• Area Information Satchels
  Our information satchels cost in the region of $100.00 depending on the size of the area covered and the extent of the information material requested.

• Illawarra Homesearch Rental/House Purchase services
  Fees can be charged on a fixed or hourly fee basis. This enables you to set your own budget limits. You can be confident we will always be aiming to negotiate the best price possible. The amount of time and effort we put into a successful search is the same, no matter what the value of the property. • Full Service Property Search
  For our Full Service Property Search service, we charge a registration fee upon appointment so we can begin a full time property search on your behalf. This is non-refundable. Once a suitable property has been located and successfully negotiated, we charge the balance when contracts have been exchanged.
  
• Market Analysis and Negotiation service
  If you prefer to do the ongoing house purchase search yourself but need assistance with analysing appropriate prices, values and knowledge about different properties, we can undertake in-depth market analysis to determine the appropriate price to offer or bid and undertake the negotiations for you. A non-refundable registration fee is payable upon appointment. The balance is due for successfully securing a property by negotiation or auction.
  
• Overseas buyers' service
  Facilitates purchase of property by overseas buyers with limited time to undertake their own purchase property search for either an investment or repatriation to Australian

When you have agreed to commission Illawarra Homesearch we both sign a standard Statement of Property Details and Buyers' Agency Agreement issued by the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
